Each soul coaching appointment (45 minutes) begins with me guiding you to identify and release your top subconscious, self-limiting belief. Subconscious means these beliefs are not even in your conscious awareness; they are like undercurrents trying to stir your ship away from your true North. We decode your mindset to reframe it with a positive way of thinking and manifesting to keep you on path to your soul purpose. You will be given goals to work on each month to keep you moving progressively forward on your soul’s path.
